Slitter Rewinder : The jumbo roll of standard width are slit into smallar required width using slitter rewinder machine, It has a variable speed motor which enable to achive desired speed. The machine is made with a strong ultra heavy structure to with atand heavy work load.

Process of manufacture : The slit paper rolls are applied with glue at glue tank and fed into spiral paper tube winding machine, where tubes are formed. The diameter of the forming mandrel determines the size/dia of the tube. The formed paper tubes are cut into required length automatically by on-drier rough cutter or on-line multicutter machine.
